okay,macam biasa,agak ketinggalan nak update blog.dah dekat seminggu baru nak update.maafkan saya *gaya zizan* hee :) okay,you guys can ignore the first three paragraphs because I'm going to tell the story before the interview .huh :(
like previous post,I told you guys that the interview was on the same day with kenduri akikah my nephew. So, I went to penang by flight myself. I took flight from kl at 9.55 am and arrived at penang one hour later. as my uncle works at penang international airport so, kerja saya jadi senang.weee :) after having breakfast (not so called breakfast), my uncle said,he's gonna send me to my cousin's house. At first,when my uncle mentioned her name, arina blank kejap.hoho,maaf, arina memang tak berapa nak rapat dengan family belah mak. so,bila sampai rumah dia,barulah arina tau,anak yong rupanya :) so,my uncle said, he's going to fetch me to mara office at 1.30pm.
After having lunch,arina and kakni turun laa from her apartment,tunggu my uncle. dalam 1.45pm my uncle sampai.lepas tu dia turun and salam my cousin.after salam salam,pegi kat kereta.nak bukak pintu kereta,jeng jeng jeng.haha,pintu terkunci.and you know what,engine still hidup masa tu.so,kunci dalam kereta laa :( masa tu dah cuak,takut terlambat.my interview session was at 3pm. tapi I tried to be cool.takmau nampak risau depan my uncle.nanti lagi dia gelabah.my cousin berlari, called sana sini cari pembaris besi.tengok jam dah 2pm.kesian my cousin,memang penat dia cari.tetiba ada jiran dia lalu.mintak tolong jiran dia,tapi dia pon taktau nak buat macam mana.then, jiran my cousin pergi construction site kat depan apartment tu.and alhamdulillah,he got a pembaris besi yang panjang.so,my uncle jolok jolok,terbukak laa pintu kereta.alhamdulillah.
masa tu dah dalam pukul 2.15.my uncle cakap,nak pergi mara tu dalam 20 minutes.and dalam slip panggilan tu,kena ada dekat sana setengah jam before interview.memang tak sempat laa.and jalan jammed sikit masa tu.sampai dekat 'office mara' dalam pukul 2.45.why I put it in ''?because, it was an old office mara --' my uncle tersalah.arina dah naik lift,tengok kat button tu ada sampai tingkat 3 je tapi dalam surat tulis tingkat 5 & 6 :/ so,turun balik,tanya pakcik kat tepi tu and he said 'dah pindah dik,dekat dengan jetty sana'.so,masuk kereta balik, my uncle drove to the new office.ikut bas,memang agak lambat laa.keluar je from pekan tu,nampak bangunan and logo mara.one word keluar from my mouth, alhamdulillah.and tengok jam dah dekat pukul 3.
Arina mendaftar tepat pukul 3.pheww.I said sorry to abang yang dekat kaunter pendaftaran and he said 'takpe dik,tak start pon lagi'.and dia sempat buat lawak lagi :) so, dapat tagged number A6.yeah, I was in panel 1.I sat in a row with my panelmate (panelmate?).sempat berkenalan,sempat selawat.and alhamdulillah,walaupon I was in panel 1 but,panel 2 and 3 yang masuk bilik dulu. so,ada masa for me to make myself calm and ready for the interview.
then,they called panel 1.masuk bilik tu,ada one big table, and it has 8 chairs.so the interviewer asked us to sit according to our number.they were three interviewers,sorang lelaki and dua orang perempuan.ohh yaa,my groupmate was all girls :) how cool was that right.menjaga pandangan mata saya.hikhik. then,one of the interviewer read the instruction.here was my task (something like this) ;
Masa tu gawat. university has to cut down cost. so, there's three group of people. students, the professors, the management group. For the students part,they wanted to increase the fees and no free lab access. For prof ,they wanted to retrench those who almost retiring and to those who stays,they have to do multitask. For management group, they wanted to retrench all contract/ part time workers. the question is to justify why this should not be implemented to the group.
we can choose either to do mock interview or debate.I chose to represent student's part.so yeah,we kind did like debate.40 minutes was given to us to discuss.after discussion,we came out with the conclusion.
then Q&A session.one candidate one question only.and the question for me was 'are you agree with the conclusion and why?' so,I answered 'I agree bacause blaaa blaaa blaaa and blaaaaaa'
so,that was the end of my interview :) after the interview,I rushed back to the airport because my flight was at 7pm.that day was awesome.eventhough there were dugaan and all,but I learnt something.I learnt to be thankful to Allah and sabar walau apa pon dugaan yang kita terima.so till then,see yaaaa :)
